Foliage
Adult leaves are up to 13cm in length, opposite and bright green on upper surfaces. They have very little fragrance. New growth is usually reddish in colour.

Attractive, smooth grey, shed to expose pink-orange surface.

The capsules generally have quite prominent ribs and tend to be woody in nature. Bell-shaped fruit with five ribs.
