Soursop, also known in Spanish regions as ‘Guanábana’, is an evergreen tree that produces very large, green-skinned fruit with creamy white flesh. Part of the custard apple family, Soursop is typically sweet with a slightly acidic after-taste when ripe. Fruit can be sporadically produced throughout the year.
