Ginger is highly productive and easy to grow. Grows up to 5kg of ginger. To maximise your ginger rhizome production, re-pot using a good quality outdoor potting mix or plant out in the garden in a well-drained sunny position. Harvest for mild ginger/low fibre in April-May and hot ginger/high fibre in July-August.
