Curry tree is a highly aromatic shrub/small tree with edible leaves. Foliage is commonly used in Indian and South-east Asian cuisine. Leaves will release a strong flavour when cooked with food or fried in oil. Clusters of small white flowers are followed by pea-sized decorative dark red-black berries. Suited to warm temperate to subtropical climates. Best in a sunny position.
