An evergreen tree with yellow, rounded fruit that have a delicious sweet caramel-vanilla flavour. Flesh is pale, almost translucent with one-to-four oblong seeds per fruit. Harvest fruit when it is about one-third green and let it ripen off the tree. Abiu trees thrive in subtropical climates.
