DESIGN
Flow Design Studio
Fleming’s Landscape’s design division, Flow Design Studio, offers concept & master planning, detailed drawings and design advisory services. We deliver through careful consultation with our clients and work closely with councils respecting their processes to ensure everyone’s goals are realised.
CONSTRUCTION
Fleming’s build commercial landscapes of all shapes and sizes. We manage the development and planting of all landscapes including streetscapes, very large central parks, pocket parks, sales offices, entrance features and more. We service a broad range of projects from greenfield development, council assets, parks and gardens, playgrounds and public realm, to medium density or aged care developments.
Project management
Creating holistic landscapes with our clients often means we are involved with the process of developing very large landscape projects from inception to reality. This requires a great deal of planning, organisation, trust and care. The projects we are entrusted with are important to us, as are the relationships we forge with our clients, therefore we invest quality management to create a seamless, professional experience for all stakeholders.
MAINTENANCE
After care services are essential to ensuring our clients investment is secured.
Fleming’s Landscapes’ maintenance services provide peace of mind that your projects are cared for to the level they deserve. We offer short and long term maintenance agreements and cover a range of options such as tree care, water management, plant replacement, hard scape maintenance, lawn maintenance, slashing, rubbish reduction, repairs and more.
We also work closely with councils to ensure timely asset hand overs are completed professionally and successfully.
BESPOKE EQUIPMENT
One of Fleming’s favourite point of differences is our focus on the unique. When time and budget allow, we have been in the privileged position to develop outdoor environments with a significant difference.
This may include the development of unique architectural and sculptural elements, bespoke carpentry for nature play equipment, the development of unique plant structures and so much more.
