Last real day of construction today. We can still do some general tidying up and fill the water feature, but essentially the garden is finished.

We have had good positive feed-back from people going past and had lots of interest from passing media. The crew were excited when we got home, turned on the TV and saw our garden as part of the BBC’s opening program.

When the pressure is on to finish Heater is focussed on the morning tea order and it appears to be confusing! Mark is filmed by Channel 10 – for the news – shame its before the haircut!! Diggler’s working on getting the fence built around the stand

Wes performing for the Channel 10 camera too Still looks chaotic but it’s nearly done Shane, looking for stray gold fish?

Like father like son – well except for the hair bit! It’s a good sign when we are cleaning the pathway in front of the site As good as finished from the front
BBC filmed on the garden – shame it wasn’t quite finished. Hopefully they will be back! When you can’t find a comfy seat, just pull up a Kubota! Mark’s wife Karlee has arrived to give even more moral support

Garden is finished and the lighting seems to be working

Tomorrow is the day we get judged, get out of a dirty uniforms and definitely get to go home early – so stay tuned for more great photos of the garden.
