The Premier of Victoria, Steve Bracks, visited the Australian Garden site today.

Scott

1. Are you gay? If not, why not?

No, because I am boring, narrow minded and women are great, but then again, to become a designer Hmmmm…

2. Would you rather share an icecream with Wes, Matt or Mark?

Wes because he would pay the bill and I have already shared with Matt and ?? Mark

3. This is your third Chelsea, why do you keep coming back?

To work with good folk and to teach the poms how to design and build real gardens

4. What do you see as the most challenging part of this years garden?

Mark’s over engineering of autocad and the hideous amount of weird angles

5. So far you have only been involved in gold medal gardens at Chelsea. Are you confident that this record will be maintained?

Hell yeah

6. Do you have nightmares about building show gardens?

No, just about containers sinking

7. What is the highlight for you so far?

Working with a great bunch of people, even though they all wear pink

8. Do you ever get to go to a flower show without your mum (Pat) and Ted?

I think once.

9. What similarities are there between the Australian designers that you have worked with at Chelsea?

They are hugely different in personality, work ethic and design but all have been great designers

10. Is there anything that you particularly want to do this year that you haven’t in past years?

Not be ill!

When are you going to start working for a real company – TLC hint,hint?
